The IRF current probes offer robust, flexible clip-on sensing coils, allowing for fast and safe installation. Ideal for current monitoring and retrospective fitting, these probes are designed to replace conventional current transformers (CTs) with optional 1A or 5A output, making them fully compatible with installed CT circuits. This innovative technology eliminates many CT-related safety concerns by generating safe low-level signals, even with no secondary burden or loading.

With frequency bandwidths ranging from 1Hz to 1MHz, the IRF probes are perfect for single and three-phase power systems, handling harmonics, distorted waveforms, and even PWM motor drive signals. For added functionality, the optional IRF-rms converter can provide a DC output, making the IRF probes ideal for control and system monitoring. Common applications include SCADA systems, PLCs, digital storage oscilloscopes, data loggers, power meters, and power analyzers.
